How it Works

EAL is a proactive approach to empowering individuals and teams to learn the value of effective communication. Specific exercises are designed with an objective to help the individual or team develop skills needed in the work place. The herd structure and its survival is much like business today, where integrity, mutual respect, trust, self-confidence, and natural leadership create productive engaged workers. Horses are utilized because of their innate ability to recognize internal dynamics within the team. The training program uses simulations and challenges that require teams and individuals to learn from their equine partners in order to achieve the objectives and create positive results.

Tailored for You

Our program includes a pre-program assessment conducted by EAL facilitators in order to tailor the exercises to fit your corporation's needs. Our goal is to create a program specific to the strengths and weaknesses of your company in order to maximize the effectiveness of this professional development opportunity.

Program Cost

The program runs over the course of one full day however the hours and duration of the workshop are flexible depending on the needs of your company. The price of the program is $300 per person for a group of 6-10 participants. Lunch, snacks and beverages are provided. A larger group can be accommodated, however pricing will vary.

Free Trial

We are inviting all interested groups for a free trial workshop at our Open House. We would be pleased if up to three staff from your corporation would join us on May 31st, 2013 to experience the powerful impact of Equine Assisted Learning firsthand.
