Western Financial Group (Network) Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic, customer serviced minded individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative for their Peace River, AB team. In this role, you will use your professional and courteous manner to build rapport with insurance clients and insurance providers while assisting the office team. Your strict attention to detail combined with your ability to multi-task and set priorities within a fast-paced, team oriented environment will be essential to success.
Key Responsibilities include:
Service telephone and walk-in clients
Process changes to insurance policies
Complete accurate and time sensitive invoicing
Maintain internal reporting requirements
Assist office team with other administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
Customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong MS-Office skills
General Insurance Level 1 License and industry experience is an asset

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Depending on level of experience, candidates will demonstrate above average competency on basic job tasks/ set instructions or procedures in the shop relating to mechanical assembling, disassembling, and repairing per customers specifications.
Customer service, answering inquiries, billing and invoicing duties
Overseeing and performing warehouse duties and deliveries
Compliance with all Weatherford safety regulations and company policies
Orientation and learning how to safety operate various equipment associated with position
Ability to work independently with no or minimal supervision and ability to deal with customers
Overseeing or being responsible for shop cleanliness
Ability to work overtime hours, as workload
Qualifications:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Preferred 2 years minimum experience with mechanical equipment (open to new mechanical NAIT grads)
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
Capability of resident in Grande Prairie region (Peace River)
Valid class 5 operators license in good standing

Applicants Must Possess:
As a Power Engineer, you
will be a member of our progressive, non-unionized team environment. After
completion of our comprehensive training program, you will participate in the
rotational job roles in the Power and Recovery Department, including providing
relief coverage for the shift engineer. Your progression through the Department
will be based on your ability to learn and your motivation and desire to advance
to the highest level of our technical pay-for-skills program.
At Peace River Pulp, you will be working with a Black Liquor fired Recovery
Boiler with a steaming rate of 305 tons per hour; Wood fired Power Boiler with a
steaming rate of 180 tons per hour, 44 MW steam turbine, Black liquor
evaporators, Lime Kiln, Raw Water, and Waste Water treatment plants. PRPD is
capable of producing all of its electrical needs as well as additional power
that is sold to contribute to the power supply for Albertans.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Minimum 4th Class Power Engineer’s Certificate of Competency (include file
certificate number)
•3rd Class preferred
•High School Diploma or equivalent, with successful completion of Math 20 and
Physics 20
•Previous pulp mill/industrial experience is preferred (preferably Kraft)
•Good computer skills
•Team focused and self motivated with good interpersonal and communication
skills.
